It is nearly 2am, Saturday the 5th of March, 2022, & whether this is true or untrue, I haven’t a clue, the shocking news has just come thru :- just 52 years old, and already sadly “gone”, one of the greatest “spin bowlers”in the World,

 SHANE WARNE.

 As I sit here, in absolute shock, this is almost unbelievable, but now confirmed, and, so to his family, friends & millions of fans, I would like to say, we do share our sadness with all of you today.

Rest in peace now, Legend. May the soft green turf you knew so well, lie gently over you.
