Sri Lanka stock market closed for 2nd day amid curfew
ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) was closed on Wednesday May 11 for a second straight day amid curfew after violence killed at least 8 people including a ruling party legislator and left over 220 injured while the CSE cited closure of banks as the reason for shutting down the market.
